TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. WHO WE ARE
Verve Leaders is a Voice Advisory Service for courageous professionals, run by GLEOW LLC (USA). Our registered business email is connect@verveleaders.com.

2. OUR SERVICES INCLUDE
• One-to-one coaching sessions
• Live and recorded workshops and masterclasses
• Online digital memberships
• Supporting materials and resources (PDFs, audio/video)
These are collectively referred to as 'Services'.

3. HOW CONTRACTS WORK
A contract is formed when you purchase any Service via our website or a third-party platform (e.g., Stripe, Webflow, ScoreApp). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason (including errors in pricing or service availability).

4. PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices are listed on our website in GBP/USD and include applicable taxes. Payments must be made in full upfront unless otherwise stated. We use secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe) for all transactions.

5. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
• Individual coaching or bespoke services: Refunds are not offered for completed sessions. Reschedules require 48 hours' notice. Missed sessions may be forfeited at our discretion.
• Group programmes and digital memberships: 14-day cooling-off period for digital purchases under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. No refunds for partial attendance or late cancellations after this period. You must give 7days' notice before your next billing cycle to cancel a subscription.

6. ACCESS TO CONTENT
You will receive access to content upon payment, either immediately or by the programme start date. All content is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials are the intellectual property of Verve Leaders / GLEOW LLC. You may not share, reproduce, sell, or adapt our materials without written permission.

8. SENSITIVE DATA
We do not intentionally collect special category data (e.g., health, trauma, mental wellbeing). However, clients may voluntarily disclose such data during coaching sessions or group programmes. Where relevant, we may record limited notes to support our professional service. This data is stored securely and retained only as long as is necessary for the client relationship or required by law. We will never share or process this data for any other purpose without explicit consent.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We provide education and coaching, not therapy or medical advice. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of our services. You accept full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and results.

10. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY
Your personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK/US data protection laws (including GDPR and CCPA). We use secure platforms and never sell your data.

11. COOKIE POLICY
When you visit our site, we may use cookies or similar tracking technology to:
• Analyse site traffic
• Run ad campaigns (Meta Pixel, LinkedIn)
• Improve your browsing experience
You will see a banner requesting consent.
You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.

12. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to:
• Access your personal data
• Correct or delete it
• Withdraw consent
• Object to processing
• Request a copy (data portability)

13. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to remove any participant from our services or digital platforms if they breach our Terms, show harmful behaviour, or endanger others.

14. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by:
• UK law if you are based in the United Kingdom
• California/Delaware law if you are based in the USA
Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in your region.

15. AGE REQUIREMENT
Verve Leaders services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. By registering, you confirm that you are legally an adult in your country of residence. We do not knowingly work with minors, and our services are not directed at children.

16. COACH-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP
Verve Leaders offers professional voice and communication coaching—not therapy, medical advice, or legal counsel. The coaching relationship is collaborative and grounded in personal responsibility. We may refer you to alternative support if we believe your needs exceed ourremit.

17. CLIENT CONDUCT & COMMUNITY SPACES
We believe in creating high-trust, inclusive spaces. We expect participants to:
• Respect one another’s voices and identities
• Maintain confidentiality in group settings
• Refrain from disruptive, harmful, or abusive behaviour
We reserve the right to remove any participant without refund if their actions breach these values or create risk for others.

18. DISCLAIMER
All content and coaching from Verve is educational and exploratory in nature. We do not guarantee specific results. You remain responsible for your decisions, outcomes, and how you apply what you learn.

19. FORCE MAJEURE
If delivery of services is disrupted due to events beyond our control—such as illness, platform outages, strikes, or government restrictions—we will aim to reschedule, adapt, or offer alternatives. We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by such events.

20. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify Verve Leaders and GLEOW LLC from any claim, liability, or cost arising from your misuse of our services, your breach of these Terms, or infringement of rights.

21. NO REFUND & CHARGEBACK POLICY
We are proud of the integrity and depth of our work. Because of the nature of our services, all purchases are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated or required by law (e.g. the 14-day UK digital cooling-off period). By purchasing, you accept full responsibility for payment. If you choose a payment plan and fail to complete your payments, your access will be revoked and we reserve the right to pursue the full outstanding amount. We do not tolerate chargeback misuse. 22. MEDIA CONSENT & USE OFCONTRIBUTIONS
At times, we may capture anonymised comments or feedback shared during Verve sessions—such as written chat messages like “This workshop blew my mind!”—to use in educational or promotional materials.·      
We will never share your name, image, or voice without explicit permission.·      
These excerpts are always redacted or de-identified to protect your privacy.·      If you'd prefer we don't include even anonymised contributions, just let us know at connect@verveleaders.com. We aim to honour your voice while sharing the impact of this work.
Let us know if you'd like to opt out.

23. LOGIN CREDENTIALS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you receive access to a private learning or membership portal, you are responsible for your login. Do not share your password. If suspicious activity is detected, we may revoke access without refund.

24. LIVE / IN-PERSON EVENTS
At any live or online Verve event, you agree to:
• Abide by all venue safety protocols (if attending in person)
• Show respect for facilitators and other participants
• Take full responsibility for your own wellbeing during the event
Photos or recordings may be taken during sessions—for example, a group Zoom wave or a photo of the workshop in action. These may be used for promotional or educational purposes.·      We do not tag,name, or single out individuals without consent.·      
If you would prefer not to appear in any images, just let us know—either in advance by emailing connect@verveleaders.com or by speaking with the facilitator on the day.
We’ll always respect your choice.
